Construction data is accepted either online or via other data transfer mediums currently in use. The tool construction is effected completely in 3D while various analyses allow for advance testing and optimisation of your concept.

Function analysis

The fastener for a medical support corset should be individually tightened.

CAD to CNC

Our complete 3D-System allows CAD tool construction data to be transferred through the CAM department directly to the CNC milling machines affording short lead times and perfect tool quality.

All high-capacity interfaces (IGES, VDA-FS, STEP etc.) are at your disposal.

Mold-Flow analysis

The mould-flow calculation provides an advance indication of potential weak points or material accumulations within the finished part. This makes it possible to determine the optimal spray point and stable spray-parameter during processing.
